Good afternoon,

Following on from my email this morning,  I’m writing
to let you know that CollectionHub’s General terms and Conditions will be
changing from 19th February.

What does this mean to you as a Creditor client?

  • Terms
    are slightly simplified.
  • Nominal
    Fees Cancelled.  When you place a case for collection with us,
    the 1% nominal fee will be waived entirely.

Please find attached a Pdf of the updated terms.  These
will be published to the Hub and become applicable on 19 Feb 2020.
