We only ask you to upload the overdue invoice you’re attempting to collect. The collection agency you choose might request other documents, such as contracts, later on.
We charge our customers 1% of the debt value, but only if your debt is successfully collected by our agencies. No win, no fee.
It means that we only invoice you if the debt is successfully recovered. If only a part of the original amount is collected, the agency’s fees is calculated on the partial amount.
